No worries! Often there are multiple popups that need to be setup on a site or for a season campaign. You can pause your subscription when it's finished and return when you have additional needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste!
Due to the high quality effort of the work done and outside factors that impact results of conversions, there will be no refunds issued.

After a brief video consultation, we'll onboard you to our system where you can send your requests.
Some common ways requests come in is directly via a form or Trello, sharing a Google doc or wireframe design, or even record a brief video request (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out).
We will give you plenty of opportunity to get started quickly. Once your request is received, we usually get started within 1 business day!
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. You only have one or two popup requests, and that's where pausing your subscription is helpful.
Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 10 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 21 days of service remaining to be used in the future.
